DESCRIPTION:The Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution and the Alabama Appellate Mediation Office are sponsoring “Appellate Mediation Training” on November 15\, 2019. The course has been approved by the Alabama State Bar for 6.8 hours of MCLE credit. \nIn order to register to be on the Appellate Mediator Roster\, an attorney must be registered on the Alabama State Court Mediator Roster maintained by the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution. If you have not taken the 20 or 40 hour mediation course(s) required by the State Court Mediator Roster\, you may still take this course and then follow up with one of those courses. \nRegister by October 15 at https://www.alabamaadr.org \nCost: $400 per attendee. If you are a registered mediator with the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution the cost is $350.
