DESCRIPTION:The Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution and the Alabama Appellate Mediation Office are sponsoring “Appellate Mediation Training” on November 15\, 2018. \nThe course has been approved by the Alabama State Bar for 6.8 hours of MCLE credit. \nLocation: 415 Dexter Avenue\, Alabama State Bar Board Room in Montgomery\, Alabama State Bar\nTime: 9:00 a.m. to 4:35 p.m. (Lunch will be served).\nTrainers: Jim A. Rives\, Esq. with Ball\, Ball\, Matthews & Novak\, PA and Allison O. Skinner\, Esq.\nCost: $400 per attendee. If you are a registered mediator with the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution the cost is $350. \nIn order to register to be on the Appellate Roster\, an attorney must be registered on the Alabama State Court Mediator Roster.
